...only I don't consider it "work" because I love it so so much.
I am a Les Mills Body Combat instructor on Mondays and Wednesdays. I love this class because it's hard, and never ceases to make me drenched in sweat when I am done. All the stresses from the day get their ass kicked for one hour. And then I leave them there on the gym floor (along with my sweat puddle), and I feel better. Body, and mind.
I love to see a crowd of 50+ people staring back at me doing this class. You don't have to look a certain way, or be a certain age, you just do it. And you make it through the 50 minutes. And soon, you pick up on the moves (jabs, crosses, upper cuts, hooks, and kicks) and the music just gets into your mind and before you know it, you're moving and sweating and feeling so good.
Yes, I love to teach art...but for 50 minutes 2X's a week, my mind, body, and soul are engaged and I am in work-out heaven.
Just wanted to share.
:)
